GREEN TOMATO JAM 
3 c. green tomatoes, ground
3 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) box Jello (raspberry, strawberry, blackberry, cherry, etc.)

Mix the ground tomatoes and sugar together. Boil for 12 minutes. Remove from heat and immediately stir in the Jello. Cool. Fill containers and freeze or refrigerate.
