LIMA BEAN SUPREME 
1 lb. ground round, shaped in little balls
1 pkg. frozen Lima beans
1 carton sour cream

Fry or saute ground round balls lightly and set aside. Cook beans and set aside. In baking dish, place meat and Lima beans, and cover and mix with sour cream. Flavor with salt and pepper (if needed).

Place in oven and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top should brown and insides not solid, but creamy. Serve in baking dish at table with salad and fresh bread.
