AUNT EVIE'S LIMA BEAN BAKE 
1 lb. dried lima beans
3 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. molasses
1 c. sour cream

Soak beans overnight. Rinse and drain, cover with water and 1 teaspoon salt; cook until tender 30 minutes or more. Drain. Place beans in crock and all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour covered.
