BAKED LIMA BEANS AND SOUR CREAM 
1 lb. baby lima beans
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 lb. bacon
1 c. sour cream

Soak beans overnight, rinse and cover with water. Add salt and mustard and cook until tender. Drain and reserve liquid. Dice and brown bacon. Add bacon, brown sugar and sour cream to beans. Add some of liquid if needed. (You may want to add more during baking time.) Bake 3 hours at 350 degrees.
