1 pkg. lemon or yellow cake mix with pudding
1/3 c. cooking oil
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice

Mix cake mix, 1 egg and oil until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup of crumbs. Pat rest of crumbs into an ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Mix together softened cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and the other egg until light and smooth. Spread over baked layer. Sprinkle reserved crumbs over top and bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool, cut into squares.
