1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. Wesson oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. cold water

Mix and bake at 375 for 25 minutes.

ICING:

1 c. and 2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/3 c. melted butter
1/2 c. canned milk
1 c. nuts (optional)

Mix then pour on cake. Set under broiler until bubbles and browns.
