2 to 3 lg. baking potatoes
1/4 c. cooking oil
1 env. Lipton Onion Soup Mix

Wash and dice potatoes into bite sized potatoes. Dissolve soup mix in oil and toss mixture with potatoes (in mixing bowl or plastic bag) until well coated. Spread on baking sheet. Bake in 350 degree oven about 45 minutes or until tender. Serve with sour cream or any favorite potato topping. Good with grilled foods.
