1 angel food cake, broken into pieces
1 lg. pkg. frozen strawberries
1 tbsp. unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. heavy cream or 1 pkg. Dream Whip, whipped

Defrost and drain berries. Save juice. Heat juice. Soak gelatin in cold water. Dissolve gelatin in hot juice. Add sugar, lemon juice and strawberries. Chill until firm. Whip until light and frothy. Fold in whipped cream. Layer with cake and chill until firm.
