PRETZEL SALAD 
1 1/4 c. crushed pretzels
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 sm. boxes strawberry Jello
1 (16 oz.) frozen, unthawed & undrained strawberries
2 c. hot water
1 c. drained crushed pineapple

Mix pretzels, sugar and butter together and press into a 9"x13" pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Mix together cream cheese, Cool Whip and powdered sugar. Layer this over cooled pretzel mixture. Mix together Jello, dissolved in hot water. Add strawberries and pineapple. When partially set, pour over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate.
