JEKYLL ISLAND SHRIMP DEJONGHE 
1/2 c. soft butter
1 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic, minced
2/3 c. finely dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. fine chopped parsley
1/3 c. sherry
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 lbs. cooked, peeled & deveined shrimp

Combine all ingredients except shrimp in a bowl. Arrange prepared shrimp in a shallow 4 quart casserole dish. Top the shrimp with the crumb mixture, spreading so it covers all the shrimp. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until topping melts and is slightly brown. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
