BAR-B-QUES 
2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. celery, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/4 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/8 tsp. pepper

Brown beef. Add onion, green pepper, celery and cook until tender. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer. Serve on buns.
