SHIPWRECK CASSEROLE 
3 - 4 med. potatoes
1/2 - 1 lb. hamburger
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 med. onion
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans
1 can tomato soup

Put sliced potatoes in greased 2-quart casserole. Crumble raw meat over potatoes and sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper on meat. Slice onion on top of meat; add beans and cover with undiluted soup and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Bake, covered, at 375 degrees for 1/2 hour and uncovered for 1 more hour.
