SPINACH (BROCCOLI) QUICHE | |
1 (9") unbaked pie crust 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 c. chopped onion 1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach (chopped broccoli), defrost & squeeze out all water 4 eggs 40 oz. shredded Swiss cheese (Cheddar cheese) Beat eggs until they are fluffy looking. Mix everything together with the eggs in order given. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Cool approximately 10 minutes before cutting. |
