SPINACH SALAD 
1 bag fresh spinach, washed well
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 can bean sprouts, drained
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped well
1/2 c. bacon bits, fried and crumbled

Toss together.

DRESSING:

1 c. salad oil
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 medium onion, chopped

Mix in blender.

Dressing can be made several days ahead and refrigerated (1/4 pound bacon is good for 4 servings).

This dressing is also good over a salad of part spinach and lettuce.
