FRESH SPINACH SALAD 
2 lb. fresh spinach
8 slices crisp bacon, broken
1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts

Wash and crisp the spinach. Tear into pieces when crisp. Put water chestnuts over the top.

Dressing:

1/2 c. diced onion
1/4 c. salad oil
1 1/2 tbsp. catsup
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire

Pour over top when ready to serve.
