FRESH SPINACH SALAD 
1 bag fresh spinach
4 hard boiled eggs, diced
1 can bean sprouts
1/2 lb. bacon, fried and diced
2 c. mushrooms, fresh sliced
1 sm onion, chopped

DRESSING:

1 c. salad oil
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1/3 c. ketchup
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Make dressing ahead of time. Refrigerate and shake a few times to mix. Tear spinach; wash and drain. Mix with remaining ingredients. May serve dressing separately from salad.
