SPINACH SALAD 
1 lb. bag spinach, wash and stem
1 can bean sprouts, drained
1 can water chestnuts
3 hard boiled eggs
10-12 slices bacon, fried and crumbled

DRESSING:

1 c. oil
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/3 sm. onion
1/3 c. ketchup
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Accent
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix salad ingredients. Combine all dressing ingredients in blender and puree. Pour dressing over salad just before serving or individually pour on dressing.

Don't toss it too far ahead of time as spinach gets limp quickly.
