KOREAN SALAD 
1 pkg. spinach, cut fine (fresh)
1 can water chestnuts (optional; cold)
1 can bean sprouts
3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
6 slices bacon, crumbled

Dressing:

1 c. oil
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
1 medium grated onion
1/3 c. catsup
1/4 c. red wine vinegar

Note: Can use 4 eggs and 8 slices of bacon.
