KOREAN CUCUMBER SALAD 
4 to 5 pickling cucumbers
3 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. sesame oil
Dash of black pepper
Dash of chili pepper
1 clove garlic, chopped

Peel cucumbers and slice thinly. Mix all the ingredients and pour over cucumber, lightly toss. Serve immediately.
