PINEAPPLE/ORANGE CAKE | |
1 Duncan Hines Golden Butter cake mix 1/2 c. oil 4 eggs 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges (juice and all) Mix all ingredients (don't add 1 stick of butter). Beat approximately 2 minutes or until oranges are crushed. Bake in 2 (8 or 9 inch) round cake pans at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. ICING: 1 med. can crushed pineapple 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix 1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip Spread over all and between layers. |
