1 yellow cake mix
1 can mandarin oranges, undrained
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil

Mix together; bake in 3 pans on 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

TOPPING:

8 oz. carton Cool Whip
1 lg. box vanilla pudding
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained

Mix together and ice cool cake.
