MEXICAN FUDGE 
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 c. green taco sauce
3 eggs

In medium bowl combine cheeses. In small bowl combine sauce and eggs until thoroughly blended. In 9 x 13 baking pan, place 1/2 cheese mixture. Pour taco sauce mixture over that, then top with remaining cheese mixture.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. To serve, cut into small squares and place on tortilla or nacho chips.
