CHICKEN TERIYAKI 
12 chicken drumsticks or thighs
3/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. cooking wine
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. minced ginger root
1/2 tsp. mustard

Make the marinade with soy sauce, cooking wine, mustard, minced garlic and minced ginger root. Marinate drumsticks or thighs in this sauce for about 3 hours, turning the chicken pieces occasionally. Drain the sauce and place the chicken on a baking dish and roast it on the middle rack of the oven at 325 degrees for 40 minutes or until the chicken gets golden brown.
