CHICKEN-MUSHROOM DISH A LA
CAROLYN
 
1 can mushroom soup
1 med. size can mushroom stems, pieces
1/2 soup can of dry sherry
8 oz. sour cream
4 whole skinned, deboned chicken breasts (cut in halves)
Pinch of salt and dash of pepper
Paprika, sprinkling

Place chicken breasts in bottom of baking dish. Mix first 4 ingredients well with a little salt and pepper. Pour mixture over chicken pieces. Sprinkle paprika on top of mixture. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours, uncovered (may be covered part of time if it appears too dry).

Serves 4 persons (possibly 5). Great served with rice. NOTE: Recipe easily increased to serve more people by increasing amounts of ingredients according to servings desired.
