BARBECUED BEEF SANDWICH 
Bake a 3-5 pound chuck roast for 7 hours. Defat and shred.

Brown:

2 med. onions (chopped) in 4 tbsp. butter

Add:

1/2 c. chopped celery
1 1/2 c. water

Cook until celery is half done.

Add:

Meat
2 c. catsup
4 tbsp. vinegar
4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 tbsp. brown sugar
2 dashes paprika
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper

This can be simmered, baked or put in a slow cooker to blend flavors.
