MILKY WAY® CAKE | |
8 oz. of MILKY WAY® bars 1 c. butter 1 c. pecans 2 c. sugar 4 eggs 1 1/4 c. buttermilk 1/2 tsp. baking soda 2 1/2 c. flour 2 tsp. vanilla Melt candy bars, butter and pecans; let cool. Mix sugar, buttermilk, soda, eggs, flour and vanilla. Beat for 2 minutes, fold in candy mixture. Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done. FROSTING: 2 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. evaporated milk 1 stick butter 1 (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 c. marshmallow creme Cook sugar, butter and milk to soft ball stage. Add chocolate bits and marshmallow creme. Beat and spread on cake. |
