PISTACHIO CAKE | |
1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix 3 eggs 1/2 c. vegetable oil 1 c. club soda 1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding 3/4 c. chopped nuts (walnuts) Combine ingredients (except nuts). Beat 2 minutes. Fold in nuts. Pour into 2 greased 9 inch pans. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. For topping whip together: 2 c. milk 2 pkgs. instant pistachio pudding Spread between layers and frost both sides of cake. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. |
