POPPY SEED CAKE (Virginia) 
1 pkg. cake mix (white, yellow or lemon)
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
5 eggs
1 c. fruit juice (any flavor)
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. poppy seed
1 tsp. almond extract

Grease pan well and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Mix cake batter 5 minutes. Bake in Bundt pan or angel food pan, 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

FROSTING:

1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. milk
2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. almond
