BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 lg. bunch fresh broccoli cut into pieces and steamed until tender (or
3 packages frozen spears steamed)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 egg
Cheese crackers coarsely crushed
Grated cheese

Place cooked broccoli in long flat casserole. Mix soup, mayonnaise and egg together. Pour over broccoli. Top with cheese crackers and grated cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until bubbly.
