JAMAICAN BARBECUE SAUCE | |
1 1/2 c. cider vinegar 4 tsp. lemon juice 3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 tsp. brown sugar 1 tbsp. prepared mustard 3/4 tsp. salt 1/2 c. flavor enhancer 1 c. ketchup 1 tbsp. liquid smoke 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. cayenne pepper 1/2 c. tomato puree Mix above ingredients well and store in a quart jar. This recipe will make about 1 3/4 pints and will last several weeks in the refrigerator. |
