BAKED PINEAPPLE STUFFING | |
1 #2 can crushed pineapple 3 eggs 2 c. sugar 1/2 c. butter 4 c. bread crumbs 1/2 c. milk Pour milk over bread crumbs and let stand. Cream eggs, sugar and butter together. Mix with bread mixture. Add pineapple (don't drain). Mix lightly and bake in uncovered casserole dish for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 8-10 people. A great side dish with ham. Can be served hot or cold. |
