PINEAPPLE STUFFING CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, well drained
3/4 stick softened butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
5-6 slices bread, cubed (no crusts)
Cinnamon (optional)

Cream together butter, sugar and eggs. Blend with pineapple and bread in large bowl. Pour into casserole and sprinkle with cinnamon if desired. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.

This is a great side dish with a holiday dinner or buffet. Double recipe and use a large lasagna pan for a big crowd.
