PINEAPPLE STUFFING 
1/4 lb. butter
3/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
20 oz. can crushed pineapple
7 slices white bread (crusts removed & bread broken up)

Cream together butter, eggs and sugar. Add pineapple and bread. Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. (May add 1/2 cup chopped nuts if desired and sprinkle with cinnamon.)

I made a modified version of this... Used a 16oz bag of cornbread stuffing and diced ham instead of bacon; should have used two 20 oz cans of pineapple - it was kinda dry with just one.
