CAPPUCCINO FROST 
1 c. skim milk
4 rounded tsp. instant espresso coffee
2 env. no-calorie sweetener
1 c. cold water
1/2 c. ice cubes
Powdered cinnamon

In blender container, combine milk, instant espresso, no-calorie sweetener, water and ice cubes. Blend until frothy. Pour cappuccino over ice and dust with cinnamon.
