VEAL ROAST 
Veal roast
2 onions, sliced
Carrots, sliced
6 tbsp. oil
6 tbsp. butter
Salt, pepper, thyme and Worcestershire to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In broiler pan heat butter and oil. Add meat and brown on all sides. Remove to plate.

In same oil, brown onions and carrots. Add meat to pan and season with remaining spices. Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours.
