2 pkgs. lady fingers, separate 1 box instant pudding, chocolate 1 box instant pudding, vanilla 1 sm. carton whipping cream 2/3 c. Maraschino cherries, drain well & cut in half 2/3 c. cream sherry 1/2 c. Marsala Make pudding as directed on box. Place one layer of lady fingers on serving plate. Sprinkle with sherry. Spread with chocolate pudding. Another layer of lady fingers and sprinkle with Marsala. Spread with vanilla pudding. Chill overnight. Before serving whip cream with 2 tablespoons sugar until stiff. Spread on sides and top of cake. Decorate with cherries and chocolate bits, if you wish. |
