LASAGNE CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. minced onion
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
1 c. cottage cheese
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
3 to 4 c. sliced cooked carrots (2 lb. bag)
8 oz. egg noodles (shells - Big)
2 c. shredded cheese on top

Brown meat in butter, add onion, garlic salt, salt and pepper. Saute until brown. Add tomato sauce and simmer 5 minutes. In bowl mix sour cream, cottage cheese, carrots, parsley and noodles. Add meat to sour cream mixture. Pour into 9 x 13 pan. Top with cheese. Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
