ONION RICE 
1 qt. raw rice
2 lg. onions, chopped fine
2 qt. French onion soup
1 lb. bacon

Cook the bacon. Drain bacon grease. Cook the chopped onions until brown. Add the rice and stir for about 2 to 3 minutes, add the onion soup. Season to taste. Cooking time, about 20-30 minutes. Approximate yield: 25 servings.
