RICE AND ONION CASSEROLE 
1 stick butter
1 lg. onion
1 can chicken broth
1 c. rice (washed)

Use large Pyrex bowl. Add 1 stick butter, chopped onions, chicken broth and rice. Cover with foil. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for about 40 to 45 minutes or until liquid is gone. Serves 6 to 8.
