LASAGNA 
1 pkg. lasagna pasta

MEAT SAUCE:

3 tbsp. oil
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
3/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. crushed pepper
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 1/2 lbs. chopped beef
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. tomato juice
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil
1 lg. can tomatoes

3/4 c. Mozzarella cheese Parmesan cheese

Saute in oil, onions, celery and garlic powder. Add meat; brown. Add tomato juice, salt and pepper. Let stand. Put in spices and canned tomatoes. Cook one hour.

Cook lasagna (6 pieces) in large pot of boiling water (1 tablespoon salt and 1 tablespoon oil). Cook until done. Rinse in cold water and drain well.

Use 9x13 pan. Use 1/3 of sauce on bottom of pan. Add thin layer of Mozzarella cheese on top of meat. Add 1/2 of cottage cheese, then grated Parmesan, then 3 pieces of pasta. Repeat same procedure ending with meat sauce and Parmesan cheese.
