6 eggs 2 tsp. vanilla 1 c. oil 1/4 c. water 1/4 c. milk 1 c. sugar DRY INGREDIENTS: 6 c. flour 2 tbsp. baking powder Mix all wet ingredients in a large bowl. Add dry ingredients, putting in flour 2 cups at a time, until all flour has been added and mixed into wet ingredients. Drop in small rounded balls onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until cookie bottoms are golden. Cool 20 minutes then frost. FROSTING: 1 box confectioners' sugar 1 stick butter 1 tsp. vanilla Melt butter before mixing with confectioners' sugar. Sprinkles or chopped nuts added after frosting, add a festive touch. Food coloring may also be used when making frosting. |
