1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. milk
4 eggs
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 oz. canned coconut
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat all together. Pour in ungreased pans (2 small pie pans work well).

Bake at 400°F until golden brown for 50 to 55 minutes. This pie makes its own crust and is very fast for busy women.
