GREEN BEANS 
Green beans, fresh & tender
Potatoes, red, new or reg., unpeeled & quartered after cooking
Onion, sliced
Salt & pepper
Oil & vinegar for dressing

Boil potatoes in salted water until almost done. Add green beans and continue cooking until both are done. Drain. In a salad bowl, combine beans, quartered potatoes, sliced onions; add salt, peppers, oil and vinegar to taste. Combine ingredients while hot. Serve cold or room temperature. Quantities depend on amount of the ingredients.

OTHER WAYS OF SERVING: Drained boiled green beans with butter or oil and a dash of garlic powder. Salt and pepper.

Drained green beans with a small amount of marinara sauce.

Drained green beans with seasoned bread crumbs which have been browned in a small amount of oil.
