WHITE ENCHILADAS 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 tbsp. salsa Jalepeno
1 cube butter
1 c. whole milk
1 doz. flour tortillas
1 lb. Jack cheese
1 sm. can chopped olives
1 thinly chopped onion

Warm first 4 ingredients as white sauce. Dip tortillas in sauces. Fill with cheese, olives and onion. Top with remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
