1 gal. apple cider
4 whole cloves
6 whole allspice
3 cinnamon sticks
1/4 c. brown sugar
Optional - 1-2 c. cinnamon Schnapps

Pour apple cider into a 30 cup coffee percolator. Line basket with coffee filter. Add to basket cloves, allspice, sticks and sugar. Let apple cider perk through whole cycle. When completed take out basket, then add Schnapps if desired. Serve hot or cold.
