CHICKEN ENCHILADAS 
1 med. onion, chopped
2-3 tsp. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. can green chilies
1 sm. can salsa
3 c. cooked chicken, cut up
1 pkg. flour tortillas (fajita size)
1 lb. cheese, grated

Brown onion in butter. Combine with soup, salsa, chilies and chicken. Put in 9"x13" pan in layers. Tortillas, chicken mixture, cheese (repeat layers). Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes. Can also use sliced olives.
