MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 to 2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 (7 oz.) can of chopped green chili peppers
10 oz. jar taco sauce
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 c. grated cheese
1 doz. corn tortillas

Salt and pepper meat and brown with onions. Add chilies and taco sauce and soups, stir well. Use 9 inch baking dish line pan with tortillas. Pour half of meat mixture over them. Put more tortillas, then rest of meat mixture, spread cheese over top and bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted.
