MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
10 oz. can pinto beans
1 med. onion, chopped
2 c. tomato sauce
1 pkg. chili or taco mix
8-10 oz. ground beef
9 flour tortillas

Mix first 4 ingredients with 1 cup water; bring to a boil, then simmer.

Dip tortillas in tomato sauce. Line 13"x9" pan with 6, overlapping. Cover with meat. Top with remaining 3 tortillas and rest of sauce. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
