MEXICAN DISH 
2 lbs. ground meat
1 lg. onion
1 can mushroom soup
1 can chicken soup
1 can enchilada sauce
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 lg. can Pet milk
1 or 2 chopped jalapeno peppers
Tortillas

Brown meat and onion. Add other ingredients except tortillas. Layer quartered tortillas and soup mixture in large flat pan. Cover with cheese. Heat until cheese is melted. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. This freezes well.
