MEXICAN DISH 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin seed
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. basil (optional)
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown 1 1/2 pounds ground beef and all remaining ingredients. Mix well and then add 1 can Campbell tomato soup, 1 can Campbell chili beef soup and 1 can whole kernel corn. Simmer above until well mixed (at least 1/2 hour). Cover the top with shredded Cheddar cheese and melt. Put Fritos on plate and spoon above mixture on top of Fritos.
